冷凝器传热管腐蚀失效分析

摘要: 针对船用冷凝器B30换热管的腐蚀泄漏问题,通过对管材理化分析、腐蚀形貌观察、金相分析和腐蚀产物分析等探讨了其腐蚀失效的原因,结果表明:B30换热管成分满足设计要求,内外表面金相组织分布不均;失效主要由内表面的腐蚀引起,表现为富Ni相优先腐蚀,导致其包围的富Cu相脱落,宏观上表现为点蚀坑的不断加深与扩大,最终导致B30换热管腐蚀穿孔失效。Abstract: Based on the corrosion leaking of B30 copper nickel alloy heat exchange tubes of the condenser for ships,the observation of corrosion appearance and the analysis of ography and corrosion products on tubes were discussed. The results show that the component of B30 heat exchange tube satisfies the requirements of design,but the distribution of the metallographic structure of inside and outside surfaces are not uniform. The main cause of corrosion invalidation is the corrosion of inside surface,the micro aspect that the rich copper phase dropped as a result of the rich nickel phase corroded first,and the macro aspect that B30 heat exchange tube corroded with a hole on its surface as a result of the pitting corrosion deepened and expanded.
