污损释放型防污漆用有机硅连接漆的研究及应用

Research and Application of Silicone Tie-coatings for the Release Antifouling Paints

  • 摘要: 本文采用三种粘度的羟基硅油分别与四种硅烷偶联剂反应固化制备一种双组分有机硅连接漆,并通过附着力、X-EDS、耐淡水浸泡等方法研究连接漆与防锈漆和污损释放型防污漆间的界面化学作用。结果表明:当羟基硅油采用粘度为7 500 Cp的品种,固化剂采用5%KH550和3%CG310复配时,所得连接漆与防锈漆能够形成良好的界面化学键合,同时与防污漆的附着性能也可达到最佳。

     

    Abstract: A two-component silicone tie coating has been developed by the curing reaction between different viscosities of hydroxyl silicone oil and silane coupling agents. Adhesive strength X-EDS and resistance to freshwater immersion were used to investigate the interfacial reaction of the tie coatings with anticorrosive primer and release antifouling. The results show that the silicone tie coating can form chemical bond with anticorrosive primer and also the best adhesion property to release antifouling coating could be achieved when the viscosity of hydroxyl silicone oil is 7 500 Cp and the curing agent is compounded of 5% KH550 and 3% CG310.
