Analysis of High Performance Vibration Reduction Slab System in Vibration Reduction

  • 摘要: 为评估地铁低速行驶时高性能减振道床相对于普通道床的减振效果,通过有限元仿真和对郑州地铁2号线进行在线测试,对新型组合式道床系统进行动态响应分析研究。结果表明,相对于普通道床,组合道床隔振频率较低,而pinned-pinned频率基本一致;对于道床基础振动,组合道床相对普通道床垂向最大减振16.8 dB,横向最大减振9.6 dB。
    Abstract: In order to evaluate the vibration reduction effect of the high performance vibration reduction slab in actual situations, researches on dynamic responses of a new combined slab track system were made through the finite element simulation and onsite tests on Zhengzhou Metro Line 2. The results suggest that compared with general monolithic slab system, the combined slab track system has a lower vibration frequency, but their pinned-pinned vibration frequencies keep consistent; as for the intermediate vibration from the track bed, the maximum vertical vibration of the combined slab track system can be reduced by 16.8 dB and maximum transverse vibration can be reduced by 9.6 dB.
