某船海水管路泄漏失效原因分析

Failure Analysis of Leaking of Seawater Tube in a Ship

  • 摘要: 针对某船B10海水管路泄漏问题,通过现场勘验、成分分析、微观组织观察、腐蚀性能评价等方法,分析了管路与海水泵间法兰处腐蚀泄漏的原因。结果表明,B10管成分、微观组织均满足设计技术要求,在海水中的静态腐蚀速率和冲刷腐蚀速率均在正常范围内,B10管泄漏发生的主要原因是该船的防污系统产生的管路内杂散电流所致。

     

    Abstract: To seek the reasons of corrosion leaking of B10 copper nickel alloy seawater tube in a ship, the failure analysis of the flange near a seawater pump was proceeded by field checking, composition analyzing, microstructure observation and corrosion tests. The results showed that the composition and microstructures of the B10 tube met the requirements of the design. The static corrosion rate and erosion rate of the B10 were in the normal range. The electrolysis experiment indicated the stray current generated by the anti-fouling system in the ship probably contributed to the leaking of the B10 tube.
