The Statistical Natures of Relativity between Fracture Toughness KC and Impact Toughness for Q500 Steel

  • 摘要: 采用深缺口宽板拉伸试验测定了4种板厚规格(20 mm、32 mm、40 mm和60 mm)Q500钢焊接接头在不同温度下的断裂韧性KC,对32组断裂韧性值及对应试验温度下的冲击功KV2值的相关性进行了统计分析,结果表明,断裂韧性KC与$K V_2 / \sqrt{t}$近似呈线性关系,其拟合方程为$K_{\mathrm{C}}=80.6+7.23 \cdot K V_2 / \sqrt{t}$ 。
    Abstract: Deep notch wide plate tensile tests were conducted on four kinds of Q500 steel of different thickness(20 mm,32 mm,40 mm and 60 mm) to get the values of fracture toughness KC at different temperatures.The relativity of 32 groups of KC values and their KV2 at the corresponding test temperatures was analyzed.The results indicate that there is almost linear relationship between fracture toughness KCand $K V_2/\sqrt{t}$.The fitting equation is $K_{\mathrm{C}}=80.6+7.23 \cdot K V_2/\sqrt{t}$.
