轨道交通中等车速下轨道减振器刚度范围选择研究

Stiffness Range Selecting of Railway Fastener under Medium Speed

  • 摘要: 针对轨道交通车辆在以中等车速120 km/h和140 km/h运行时轨道动态响应较大的问题,采用特征频率分析及动态位移限定等方法对该工况下轨道减振器(轨道扣件)的刚度进行合理设计,并在选择的刚度范围内对车辆、轨道的安全性能及动态响应进行校核。通过计算得到适合的扣件垂向刚度范围为17—25 k N/mm,且在此范围内车辆脱轨系数及倾覆系数都小于0.8。与普通型扣件相比,在1—80 Hz范围内,道床在减振扣件(GJ-32)系统中的垂向总Z振级降低8.7 d B,地基垂向总Z振级降低5.7 d B。

     

    Abstract: In order to reduce the obvious railway dynamic response when the metro vehicles run at medium speed(120 and 140 km/h),the fasteners stiffness is reasonably designed,and the dynamic response and safety performance of vehicles and railways are checked.Resultsshow that the reasonable stiffness range is among 17-25 k N/mm.In this range,the vehicle derailment coefficient and overturning coefficient are both less than 0.8.Compared with those of common fasteners,when the frequency is among1-80 Hz,vertical vibration loss of slab with the vibration absorder is 8.7 d B,and vertical vibration loss of foundation is 5.7 d B.
