Hot Compression Tests on 20CrMnTi Steel

  • 摘要: 使用Gleeble-1500D热模拟试验机对20CrMnTi钢进行等温压缩实验,选择应变速率为0.01、0.1、1和5 s-1,变形温度为900℃、950℃、1 000℃、1 050℃和1 100℃;通过金相观察,分析了变形参数对流变应力的影响;采用Arrhenius型模型建立流变应力本构方程。结果表明,20CrMnTi钢动态再结晶的显微组织受变形条件影响显著;流变应力随变形温度升高而减小,随应变速率的提高而增大;用Arrhenius型方程描述20CrMnTi钢热变形行为时,其变形激活能Q为327.874 9 k J/mol。

     

    Abstract: The hot compression tests of 20 CrMnTi steel were performed? using Gleeble-1500 D machine.The strain rates were0.01,0.1,1 and 5 s-1 and the temperatures were 900,950,1 000,1 050 and 1 100℃.The effects of parameters on flow stress were analyzed via microscopic examination.The results show that the deformation conditions have significant effects on the microstructure of 20 CrMnTi steel after dynamic recrystallization.The flow stress decreases as deformation temperature increases and increases with the increase of strain rate.The deformation activation energy of 20 CrMnTi steel during hot deformation is327.8749 k J/mol by Arrhenius equation.
