聚苯胺/纳米ZnO复合防腐涂层的制备及电化学性能研究

摘要: 采用十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)为乳化剂,过硫酸铵(APS)为氧化剂,利用微乳液聚合法合成聚苯胺/纳米ZnO的复合防腐材料,将其与环氧树脂共混得到新型的防腐涂料,并通过开路电位(OCP)和塔菲尔曲线(Tafe1)分析涂层的防腐性能。结果表明,含有纳米ZnO的聚苯胺复合涂料和单一聚苯胺涂料相比,显示了更好的防腐性能。Abstract: The use of polyaniline/nano-ZnO composite anti-corrosion material was prepared via micro-emulsion polymerization,with.New anti-corrosion coatings were obtained by blending polyaniline/nano-ZnO with exopy resin,and open circuit potential(OCP) and Tafel curves(Tafe1) were adopted to study the corrosion resistance of the coatings.The results show that polyaniline composite coatings containing nano-ZnO to single polyaniline,present better corrosion resistance than that of polyaniline coatings.
