Abstract:
Cu-doped sodium zincophosphate powders,to be used as heat-reflective material, were prepared by the co-precipitation method. The products were characterized by XRD,SEM and UV-VIS-NIR spectrophotometer. The effects of the pH,Cu doping amount and heat-treating temperatures on crystal structures, surface morphology and reflectance spectra were discussed. The results indicated that when p H value increased from 6 to 10,the near-infrared reflectance of NaZn
0.5(Cu)
0.5PO
4 increased and then decreased; when the p H was adjusted to 9,the near-infrared reflectance was the highest; the near-infrared reflectance of Na Zn
1-x(Cu)
xPO
4first increased and then decreased as Cu doping amount increased, and when
x = 0. 5,the near-infrared reflectance was the highest; the reflectance of NaZn
0.5(Cu)
0.5PO
4 increased when the heat-treatment temperature increased from 400 ℃ to 700 ℃,and the reflectance reached 60.4% at 700 ℃.
