Preparation and Solar Reflection Properties of Cu-doped Sodium Zincophosphate

  • 摘要: 采用共沉淀法制备铜掺杂磷酸锌钠作为热反射材料,通过XRD、SEM、UV-VIS-NIR分光光度计对产物进行表征,探讨了溶液pH值、掺杂量与热处理温度对产物晶体结构、表面形貌以及反射性能的影响。结果表明,当溶液pH从6增加到10时,样品NaZn0.5(Cu)(0.5)PO4的近红外反射率先升高后降低,当溶液pH值为9时,其近红外反射性能最优;随着铜掺杂量的增加,样品NaZn1-x(Cu)xPO4的近红外反射率先升高后降低,当x=0.5时,其近红外反射率最高;热处理温度从400℃升高至700℃后,样品NaZn0.5(Cu)0.5PO4的近红外反射率逐渐升高,经700℃热处理后近红外反射率高达60.4%。
    Abstract: Cu-doped sodium zincophosphate powders,to be used as heat-reflective material,were prepared by the co-precipitation method. The products were characterized by XRD,SEM and UV-VIS-NIR spectrophotometer. The effects of the pH,Cu doping amount and heat-treating temperatures on crystal structures,surface morphology and reflectance spectra were discussed.The results indicated that when p H value increased from 6 to 10,the near-infrared reflectance of NaZn0.5(Cu)0.5PO4 increased and then decreased; when the p H was adjusted to 9,the near-infrared reflectance was the highest; the near-infrared reflectance of Na Zn1-x(Cu)xPO4first increased and then decreased as Cu doping amount increased,and when x = 0. 5,the near-infrared reflectance was the highest; the reflectance of NaZn0.5(Cu)0.5PO4 increased when the heat-treatment temperature increased from 400 ℃ to 700 ℃,and the reflectance reached 60.4% at 700 ℃.
