环氧改性聚硅氧烷的合成与研究

Research on Synthesis of Epoxy-modified Polysiloxane

  • 摘要: 环氧改性聚硅氧烷不仅具有普通聚硅氧烷的各种优异性能,还具有环氧基团的高强度粘接性、低收缩率、加工性能好等优点。另外,环氧改性聚硅氧烷可以利用环氧基多种多样的固化剂来丰富其固化方式、扩大其应用范围。本文重点介绍了合成环氧改性聚硅氧烷的五种方法:(1)硅氢加成法;(2)开环聚合法;(3)环氧基开环反应法;(4)双键氧化成环法;(5)缩聚法。概述了各种方法的特点及该领域的最新研究成果,最后展望了环氧改性聚硅氧烷未来发展方向。

     

    Abstract: Epoxy-modified polysiloxane not only has all excellent properties of the ordinary polysiloxane,but also has high adhesion strength,low shrinkage and excellent processing performance owing to the characteristics of epoxy groups. In addition,with the help of the various epoxy curing agents,epoxy-modified polysiloxane could greatly enrich its curing ways and expand its scope of application. Here introduced are five methods of the synthesis of epoxy-modified polysiloxanes,including hydrosilylation,ring-opening polymerization,epoxy ring-opening reaction,double bond oxidation ring formation and polycondensation. The characteristics and the latest research results of these methods are summarized,and the future development of epoxy-modified polysiloxanes are prospected.
