摘要: 采用爆炸焊接方法制备复杂黄铜C46400-SA266MGr.2复合板,并对起爆点等未复合区进行耐蚀堆焊,焊后对焊接试板解剖进行了组织观察和性能检测。结果表明,C46400-SA266MGr.2铜-钢复合板耐蚀堆焊层焊缝及其热影响区的各项性能均满足铜-钢复合板标准的指标要求;测试结果显示,焊缝区的电阻率优于复层母材的;焊接热影响区晶粒度无粗大现象,堆焊区铜-钢界面无脆性相产生,组织均匀无异常。Abstract: Corrosion proof overlaying welding was carried out on the non-clad zone of C46400-SA266 MGr. 2 clad metal plate manufactured by explosive weld method. Metallurgical structures were observed and mechanical property tests were carried out. The test results indicated that the performance of the weld by corrosion proof overlaying welding and the heat-affected zone could meet the requirements of standards associated; electrical resistivity of the weld was lower than that of the base metal; the heat-affected zone showed no sign of coarse grains; the structure of the interface of the copper-steel was even,with no brittle phase produced.
