大规格弥散铜棒材的冷变形能力、性能及均匀性研究

Study on Cold Deformability,Mechanical Properties and Uniformity of Large Round ODSC

  • 摘要: 研究了成分、粒度配比对大规格弥散铜棒材的冷变形能力、力学性能和导电性能的影响,并研究了大规格弥散铜棒材的均匀性问题。结果表明,大规格弥散铜棒材的冷变形能力随Al含量的增加而下降;提高细粉比例,冷变形能力降低;弥散铜棒材硬度随Al含量的升高先线性增加,后趋于平缓;导电率随Al含量的升高而下降;极限冷拉拔后,大规格弥散铜棒材性能存在不均匀性,退火可降低其性能的不均匀性。

     

    Abstract: Cold deformability,mechanical properties and conductivity of large round ODSC were investigated from the aspects of composition and granularity ratio. Moreover,study on the homogenization of this large round ODSC was also conducted. The results showed that the deformability of the large round ODSC decreased with the increasing of aluminium content and the fine power proportion. When the aluminuium conten increased,the hardness exibited linear increase at first and then became level,while the conductive property kept decreasing. Annealing treatment could reduce the non-uniformity of the ODSC after cold drawing.
