钛-钢复合板热轧工艺研究

Research on Hot Rolling of Titanium-steel Clad Plate

  • 摘要: 通过分析热轧加热温度、终轧温度、轧制道次加工率的分配、轧制时双金属的变形等,确定了钛-钢复合板合理的轧制工艺,并进行了试验研究。结果表明,终轧温度不低于750℃时,可以获得良好的综合性能。

     

    Abstract: Through the analysis of the hot rolling heating temperature,final rolling temperature,distribution of pass processing rates,the deformation of the two metals and other aspects,the reasonable rolling technique of titanium-steel clad plate was determined and the experiment was carried out. The results show that when the final rolling temperature is no less than 750℃,good comprehensive performance can be obtained by the rolling technique.
