ZG14Ni3CrMoV钢铸件补焊方法研究

Repair-welding Study on ZG14Ni3Cr Mo V Cast Steel

  • 摘要: 采用0CrNi3MoV手工电焊条对ZG14Ni3CrMoV铸钢件缺陷位置进行补焊,并进行调质热处理,测定了补焊前后应力及补焊后不同区域力学性能。结果表明,采用0CrNi3MoV焊条先补焊后进行调质热处理的补焊方法是可行的,补焊区域焊接残余应力改善明显,强韧性水平和铸钢基体相当。

     

    Abstract: The deflect of ZG14Ni3CrMoV cast steel was repair welded with 0CrNi3MoV as electrode, and then the steel received quenching and tempering treatment. Stresses of the steel before and after the repair welding as well as the mechanical properties were tested. The results show that it is feasible to repair weld ZG14Ni3CrMoV cast steel with 0CrNi3MoV electrodes and then give it a quenching and tempering treatment. Welding residual stress has improved obviously and the residual stress has changed from tensile stress to compressive stress; the strong toughnesses in the weld area and the base metal are similar and the hardness of the joint is even.
