摘要: 本文利用有限元分析软件Deform模拟分析活塞杆的挤压过程,探讨在不同的胚料厚度、模口角度、摩擦系数的参数下其对成形力与最后完工高度的影响,其次分析了不同实心胚料对模穴的成形力的影响。仿真结果表明挤压成形受到模口角度的影响,角度越大,阻力越小,成形力越小;摩擦系数影响胚料挤压成形,摩擦系数适中,会使胚料顺利流入模穴。材料的成形力会受到坯料的硬度的影响,硬度愈大,所需成形力愈大。Abstract: Finite element analysis software Deform was used to simulate the extrusion process of the piston rod, and effect of blank thicknesses, die angles and friction coefficients on the forming force and the final height of the billet were investigated, so was the effect of solid billets on the mould cavity forming force. The simulation results show that the larger the angle is, the smaller the resistance and the forming force will be; when the friction coefficient is proper, the billet will along to flow into a maoulld cavity smoothly. The forming force of the material will be affected by the hardness of the billet, and the greater the hardnessis, the greater the need for forming force is.
