纤维增强树脂基复合材料环境加速老化性能研究

摘要: 分析了复合材料湿热和热氧老化机理,对层合板复合材料及夹芯复合材料进行交变湿热和高低温加速环境试验,研究了材料的质量、弯曲性能等随老化环境、老化时间的变化情况。结果表明,复合材料具有良好的耐湿热和高低温环境稳定性,夹芯复合材料较层合板复合材料表现为更佳的性能稳定性。Abstract: The changes in quality and bending performance of laminated composite and sandwich composite by cyclic damp heat test and high-low temperature test were studied with the knowledge of hygrothermal aging and thermo-oxidative aging mechanisms of the composits. The results show that the composite has good resistance to hygrothermal aging and thermo-oxidative aging, and the sandwich composite has better performance stability than laminated composite does.
