Abstract: In this paper, the structure, physicochemical properties and harmfulness of zineb were briefly introduced. Analytical methods including Keppel analysis, gas chromatography spectrometry, HPLC analysis and HPLC-mass spectrometry analysis were summarized, and advantages and disadvantages of each method were discussed. And preliminary research was carried out for determination of zineb content in the antifouling coatings.
