Preparation and Properties of NBR Composite Damping Material for Naval Ships

  • 摘要: 利用阻尼材料进行减振处理是舰船减振降噪治理的主要手段。本文主要针对舰船环境研制一种新型的丁腈橡胶复合阻尼材料,研究了橡胶并用以及不同的硫化体系、补强体系、增塑体系对胶料常规物理机械性能、耐海水、耐热空气老化等性能的影响,研制出一种综合性能优异的舰船环境用高阻尼材料。
    Abstract: Damping material is the main method to reduce vibration and noises of ships. Based on ship's working environment, a new NBR composite damping material is developed. Here were studied the effects of the combination of rubbers, and different curing system, reinforcing system and adding plasticizer on the properties of the rubber compound, such as conventional physical and mechanical properties, seawater resistance, hot air aging.
