钙钛矿型氧化物AgTaO3光催化性质的研究

Photocatalytic Property of Perovskite Oxide AgTaO3

  • 摘要: 采用水热法制备钙钛矿型化合物AgTaO3粉末晶体,采用粉末X-射线、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和固体紫外漫反射光谱对化合物进行结构和物理性质表征,并采用BET法测定比表面积。通过光催化降解苋菜红实验测定AgTaO3的光催化性能。Rietveld精修结果表明,化合物AgTaO3属于正交晶系,空间群为Pcmn。该化合物的光催化性质测试表明,此化合物在室温下具有很高的光催化性质,在紫外光照射下能有效地降解染料苋菜红。

     

    Abstract: The perovskite-type AgTaO3 crystal was prepared by mild hydrothermal method and characterized by powder X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Brunauer-Emmet-Teller surface area (BET), XPS, FTIR and UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectra (UV-vis DRS). Rietveld refinements indicated that AgTaO3 crystallized in orthorhombic system with space group Pcmn. The results showed that the compound had high photocatalytic activity at room temperature and could degrade amaranth under UV-light irradiation effeciently.
