红外吸收法在钒中碳分析中的应用研究

Study on the Application of Infrared Absorption Method in Carbon Analysis of Vanadium

  • 摘要: 用LECO CS600碳硫分析仪研究了高频燃烧-红外吸收法测定钒中的碳的分析方法, 结果表明, 称样量0.25~0.35 g, 分析时间30 s, WSn助熔剂质量1.3~1.6 g时, 分析方法有良好的准确度和精密度, 碳的分析下限达0.003% (质量分数) 。

     

    Abstract: Carbon-Sulfur Analyzer LECO CS600 was adopted to determine carbon in vanadium by HF-combustion infrared absorption method. The results show that, when the sample weight is between 0. 25~0. 35 g, analysis time is 30 s, weight of WSn is between 1. 3~1. 6 g, the analytical method has good accuracy and precision, and the lower bound limit analysis of carbon is 0.003% (w).
