Ultrasonic Testing Evaluation on Bonding Strength of Explosive Welded Titanium Steel Clad Plate

  • 摘要: 如何用超声的方法对钛钢复合板的结合强度进行分级评定, 对钛钢复合板的使用有迫切现实需要。本文采用超声检测一次底波和钛钢界面回波的比值, 与剪切强度进行比较研究, 并分析了界面波纹和界面金相。实现用A型超声检测的方法对钛钢复合板进行分级评定。经过试验分析, 20 lg (B1/S) 的数值大于9时, 爆炸钛钢复合板的剪切强度大于180 MPa。

     

    Abstract: To know how to use the ultrasonic method on to evaluate the bonding strength of titanium steel clad plate grade assessment is of significance to the application of titanium steel clad plate. In this article, ultrasonic testing was adopted to test the ratio of a bottom wave to the echo to the titanium steel interface, and the relationship between shear strength and the ratio were investigated. The corrugation and microstructure at the interface were analyzed. A type ultrasonic testing method was applied to the grading evaluation of titanium steel clad plate. Through experimental analysis, 20lg (B1/S) value was more than 9, the shear strength explosive welded titanium steel clad plate was above 180 MPa.
