无缝钢管热旋压熔融原因分析

Reason Analysis on Melting of Seamless Steel Pipe during Hot Spinning

  • 摘要: 本文对无缝钢管热旋压熔融脱落的金属进行了形态以及组织观察, 确定了金属熔融脱落的性质, 并对其根本原因进行了分析讨论。结果表明:金属熔融脱落是由于无缝钢管管端存在缺陷导致金属过烧所致, 建议加强无缝钢管两端盲区的无损检测工作。

     

    Abstract: Macro and micro structures and shed molten melting and shed metal of seamless steel pipe during hot spinning were observed to determine melting and shedding of the metal.The results showed that edfects in the ends of the seamless steel pipe led the metal to to overburn, resulling in the melting and shedding of the metal.so the nondestructive detection on two ends of seamless steel pipe should be strengthen.
