Abstract:
This article researched on processing technique of RRR300 superconducting niobium sheet, designing three process schemes including forging, rolling and heat treatment. In conditions of 900℃/60 min and 950℃/60 min heat treatment, we test the RRR300 superconducting niobium shee's RRR300 value, microstructure and mechanical property. Scheme 2 nd is confirmed optimum process at last. It can manufacture RRR300 value > 300, hardness ≤ 50 HV, tensile strength 140~175 MPa, yield strength 50~75 MPa, elongation ≥ 50% and G=5. 5~6. 0 RRR300 superconducting niobium shee. It can be applied to industrial production.
