Study on Explosive Welding Process of 3Cr13Mo/42CrMo Clad Bar Lengthening

  • 摘要: 通过优化爆炸焊接工艺和采用顶柱以及复管加长的方式得到了无缩径和未结合区的爆炸焊接3Cr13Mo/42CrMo复合棒,试验表明,淬火热处理可将复合棒复层硬度提高35%,达到HRC54,同时还能进一步增加复合棒的界面结合强度。

     

    Abstract: 3Cr13Mo/42CrMo clad bar with no necking-down area is prepared by using explosive welding method.Resultsshow that by quenching heat treatment, the hardness of the cover layer of the clad bar is increased by 35%, reaching HRC54, and the binding strength of the clad bar can be further improved after hardening heat treatment.
