Abstract:
Lithium-sulfur batteries become the focus of cell research due to its advantages of high specific energy and cheap sulfur. But it also has some disadvantages such as poor conductivity of sulfur, and polysulfide's dissolving in the electrolyte and the battery's swelling in the process of reaction. In this paper, the recent research progress of conductive polymers in lithiumsulfur batteries was summarized, and the application of conductive polymers in the anode materials, electrolytes, binder and the diaphragm were discussed.
