Determination of Iron, Silicon and Aluminum Elements in Vanadium by Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry

摘要: 采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定钒中铁、硅、铝元素,优化了元素分析谱线和仪器工作参数。试样用硝酸和盐酸溶解,应用基体匹配办法消除干扰元素影响。方法用于钒中铁、硅、铝元素的测定,相对标准偏差为≤2.57%,加标回收率为95.6%~114.0%。Abstract: Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry was adopted to determine iron, silicon and aluminum elements in vanadium. Analysis spectral lines and working parameters of the instrument were optimized. Nitric acid and hydrochloric acid were used to dissolve the sample, and the matrix matching method was applied to eliminate the interference of elements.Relative standard deviation was no higher than 2.57%, and the recovery was between 95.6%~114.0%.
