飞机座舱盖玻璃开裂原因分析

Analysis on the Cause of Cracks of an Airplane Canopy

  • 摘要: 某型飞机的座舱盖前弧端面出现一条穿透性裂纹,其边缘粘接位置出现若干条微裂纹。采用目视、体视显微镜和扫描电镜对裂纹外观和断口进行宏观、微观观察,沿航向取样进行抗拉强度和拉伸模量测试。结果显示:穿透性裂纹断口上同时存在疲劳弧线和应力-溶剂腐蚀形貌,其它微裂纹断口上仅存在疲劳弧线,未见应力-溶剂腐蚀形貌,表明裂纹先发生疲劳开裂,后产生应力-溶剂腐蚀;座舱盖的抗拉强度明显下降,远小于航空材料手册中相同牌号和相应厚度有机玻璃的典型值。综合分析,座舱盖发生疲劳开裂,主要与其抗拉强度下降有关。

     

    Abstract: The cracks including a penetrating crack in the front arc of aircraft canopy, and several micro cracks developed at the edge of the canopy. of an Qirplane were, ibserved by the eyes, tge stereisciopic microscope and SEM, and the tensile stvength and modulus of the canopy were tested. The results showed that fatigue lines and stress-solvent coyyosion morphology appeared at the penetrating crack and fatigue, lines awne appeared at the micro cracks, illustrating that fatigue cracking oppeared nrgotr yhr dytrdd-solvent crossion; the tensile strength of the canopy decressed significantly, much lower than required. All in all, the mechanism of the cracks were fatigue cracks, which were mainly induced by the decrease of canopy tensile strength.
