三水碳酸镁的晶相调控与自组装

Crystal Phase Regulation and Self-assembly of Nesquehonite

  • 摘要: 利用卤水资源作为镁源,水热法合成了三水碳酸镁晶体,并研究了添加剂对产物的晶相调控与自组装及产物的热解过程的影响。结果表明,添加1%(质量分数)的晶种可以缩短产物的诱导期,增加长径比;添加乙醇可制得长短均匀、高长径比的产物;添加丙三醇制得束状结构产物;添加表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠可使产物的长径比由29.6增加至35。三水碳酸镁热解温度低、纯度高,是制备其它镁系物的理想前驱体。

     

    Abstract: Nesquehonite was synthesized by using brine as the source, and the influence of additives on crystal phase regulation, self-assembly and the pyrolysis process of the product were researched. The results showed that the adding of seed crystal with 1% (w) could shorten the induction period of product, and increase the aspect ratio; products uniform in length and high in the aspect ratio could be obtained by adding ethanol; sheaf structured products could be obtained with glycerol; the adding of sodium dodecyl sulfate could make the aspect ratio increase from 29.6 to 35. Nesquehonite was an ideal precursor to prepare other departments of magnesium products due to its low pyrolysis temperature and high purity.
