煅烧温度对卤水-纯碱蒸氨汽法制备高纯氧化镁的影响

Influence of Calcination Temperature on Preparation of High Purity Mg O Produced From Brine and Industrial Ammonia Gas

  • 摘要: 研究以卤水和纯碱工业蒸汽氨为原料制备高纯氧化镁的方法,实现纯碱工业蒸氨汽的高效循环利用。将较优实验条件下得到的斜方晶系的4MgCO3·Mg (OH)2·4H2O单晶体作为前驱体,分别在600、700、800、900℃条件下进行煅烧,对在不同锻烧温度下前驱体的形貌及组成进行表征。结果表明,随着煅烧温度的升高,晶体的择优生长方向未发生变化,但结晶度提高,产品粒径增大,微观形貌发生变化;当煅烧温度超过700℃后,锻烧温度对产品纯度基本不产生影响。

     

    Abstract: A process to prepare high purity Mg O with brine and industrial ammonia gas was introduced. 4MgCO3·Mg (OH) 2·4H2O of orthorhombic crystal, prepared under the selected condition, was calcined at 600℃, 700℃, 800℃, and 900℃, respectively. Then, the products were characterized. The results suggested that with the increasing of calcination temperature, the crystal's prefered growing orientation remained the same, while the crystallinity and the size increased, and the micro-structures changed. The calcination temperature higher than 700℃ made no futher difference in the purity of the products.
