pH敏感释放型缓蚀防锈填料的制备及性能研究

Research on Preparation and Performance of Novel pH-Sensitive Boehmite Modified by Corrosion Inhibitor

  • 摘要: 本文利用5-氨基-1,3,4-噻二唑-2-硫醇(AMT)对金属的络合性和巯基活性基团的双重特性,以氯乙酸作为桥接物,首先对勃姆石表面进行化学接枝改性,成功制备出具有缓蚀作用的纳米防锈填料,然后以在线红外表征作为缓蚀剂释放的研究手段,明确了制备的缓蚀勃姆石防锈填料的释放条件及释放规律,最后将缓蚀勃姆石与环氧树脂掺杂制得环氧涂层,用交流阻抗的电化学方法对其缓蚀性能进行探索。研究结果表明,该缓蚀勃姆石在碱性条件下可成功释放出具有缓蚀作用的AMT,有效提高涂层的耐蚀性能。

     

    Abstract: Due to the complexation charateristic and the active thiol of AMT, we adopted chloroacetic acid to modify the surface of boehmite to prepare anti-rust nano fillers, and then. the modified boemhite and epoxy resin were blend together to obtain anticorrosive coating under the high-speed dispersion condition. The on-line infrared method was chosen to analysis the release of the modified boehmite. At last, and the corrosion inhibition performance of modified boehmite was explored by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy method.Results revealed that the modified boehmite could release corrosive inhibitor, and evidently improve the anticorrosion performance of the coating.
