贻贝启发的两性离子纳米二氧化硅防污涂层的制备

Preparation of Antifouling Coatings of Zwitter-ion Nano-silica Particles Inspired by Mussel

  • 摘要: 通过多巴胺沉积修饰纳米粒子表面,并结合迈克尔加成以及季铵化反应以及两性离子修饰制备了改性纳米二氧化硅,并采用一步沉积法制备了两性离子纳米粒子防污涂层。接触角及抗污性能测试表明,该涂层具备优异的亲水性和抗牛血清蛋白吸附性能,有抗生物污染能力。

     

    Abstract: Nano-silica was modified by dopamine and zwitter-ion and the antifouling coating of zwitterionic nano-silica particles was prepared by one-step deposition method. The contact angle and the biofouling test showed that the coating had excellent hydrophilicity and resistance to bovine serum albumin, and had great potential in the field of anti-biofouling.
