Abstract: Co₃O₄ is an important function material because of its cubic spinel structure and suitable band gap, which pocesses excellent electrochemical and photocatalytic properties, and has a wide application prospect. In this paper, the preparation methods, morphology, size and application of micro/nanoscale Co₃O₄ are introduced.
