羟基化PEDOT增强植入式神经电极与基底界面粘附性能研究
Significantly Enhanced Adhesion of Poly(3,4-ethylene eioxythiophene)(PEDOT) to Electrodes by Hydroxyl-Functionalized PEDOT Interfacial Layer

摘要: 使用胶带粘附测试和超声测试研究了多种功能化PEDOT在干态和湿态条件下的粘附性能,结果表明,羟基化PEDOT的界面粘附性能明显优于其它材料,可作为粘附界面层以增强其他功能化PEDOT与电极基底结合的能力。用羟基化PEDOT做界面助粘层组装的聚3,4-乙烯二氧噻吩的界面粘附性能及电刺激稳定性能都得到了显著增强。Abstract: Tape testing and ultrasonic testing were employed to evalutate the adhesion of a series of poly (3, 4-ethylene dioxythiophene) (PEDOTs) in dry and wet conditions.Resultsshowed that hydroxy-functional PEDOT (PEDOT-OH) had the strongest bonding to electrodes in both dry and wet conditions. With PEDOT-OH as an interfacial layer, the adhesion of PEDOT to electrode substrates could be greatly enhanced, so was the stability of current stimulation.
