Corrosion Behavior of Steel Bars in Concrete Under External Stress

  • 摘要: 研究了不同外加应力条件下混凝土环境中40Si2Mn中碳钢的腐蚀行为,并分析了钢筋腐蚀断裂的影响因素及其作用机理。结果表明,钢筋-混凝土试样在3.5% NaCl溶液中浸泡250 d后,在外加应力为0%、20%和40%时,试样未断裂且表面裂纹数量明显少于相同外加应力的未埋入钢筋的混凝土试样,外加应力为60%和80%时试样表面可见明显的裂纹存在且裂纹较宽;相同腐蚀时间下,试样的阻抗值随外应力的增加逐渐降低,随着外加应力的增加,试样的腐蚀电流密度有所增大,钢筋表面的腐蚀区域逐渐扩大,且在外加应力为80%时,钢筋表面出现了明显的尺寸较大的显微裂纹,此时钢筋已经受到严重腐蚀,承载能力下降。
    Abstract: The corrosion behaviors of steel bars in 40 Si2Mn alloy in concrete under different external stress conditions were studied, and the influencing factors and mechanism of corrosion and cracking of steel bars were analyzed. The results show that after the reinforced concrete specimens were immersed in 3.5% NaCl solution for 250 days, and when the applied stresses were 0%, 20% and 40%, the specimens didn't fracture and the number of surface cracks was less than those of the concrete specimens without steel bars; when the applied stresses were 60% and 80%, obvious cracks could be seen on the surfaces of the specimens and the cracks were wide; the impedance value decreased gradually with the increasing of the stress in the same corrosion time;with the increasing of the stress, the corrosion current densities of the samples and the corrosion area of the surface of the steel increased; when the stress was 80%, larger micro cracks appeared on the steel surface, and the steel was severely corroded and the bearing capacity declined.
