聚羟甲基EDOT有机磷化物气体传感器的制备与性能研究

Preparation and Performance of Organophosphorus Compound Gas Sensor Based on Poly(hydroxymethyl EDOT)

  • 摘要: 在金叉指电极表面电化学沉积聚羟甲基EDOT,一步法制备了有机磷化合物气体传感器。采用循环伏安法的电流-电压曲线研究了EDOT-OH单体在金叉指电极表面的电化学沉积过程,优化了扫描圈数以获得适宜电阻的传感器,并对传感器的综合性能进行测试。结果表明,当扫描图数为10圈时,传感器有适宜电阻,为1 kΩ;该传感器具有响应速度快、响应稳定性高、回复速率快、回复百分比高、气体选择性优异且最低检测浓度为2 ppm。

     

    Abstract: The chemiresistive sensor for organophosphorus compound was prepared by electrochemical deposition, the deposition process of EDOT-OH monomer on interdigital electrode was studied by current-voltage curve of cyclic voltammetry and the number of scanning cycles was optimized to obtain sensor with suitable resistance. The comprehensive performances of the prepared sensor were investigated.Resultsshowed when the scanning cycles were 10, the suitable resistance of the sensor was 1 kΩ; that this sensor had high response rate, response stability, recovery rate and recovery percentage and good selectivity of gas, and could detect a mininum gas concentration of 2 ppm.
