摘要: 开展了大厚度铜-钢复合材料的单层一次爆炸焊接研究,通过对20 mm厚铜爆炸参数的分析,确定了合适的爆炸焊接工艺,并通过强度试验、金相观测等手段对复合界面状态进行分析。结果表明,铜-钢结合性能均满足标准要求。Abstract: A single-layer explosive welding on large-thick copper-steel composite was carried out, and the appropriate explosive welding technology was determined by analyzing the parameters of the 20 mm thick copper explosive welding. The composite interface was analyzed by such methods as strength test and metallographic observation. The results showed that the binding performance of the copper and steel would meet the standard requirements.
