氢在低合金高强钢中的扩散系数研究

摘要: 采用电化学氢渗透双电解池试验方法测定了三种低合金高强钢在不同温度、不同拉应力时的48组氢扩散系数DH,通过分析氢扩散系数DH与温度T、应力第一不变量I1、碳当量CEN之间的关系,回归建立了低合金高强钢氢扩散系数DH统一方程:DH=3.03×10-3exp (2.474CEN+\fracI_1763-\frac2 979T)。Abstract: Forty-eight group hydrogen diffusion coefficients of three types of HSLA steels were obtained by electrochemistry hydrogen permeation double electrolysis cell method, which were measured at different temperatures and different tensile stresses.Regression analysis on relation of hydrogen diffusion coefficients of HSLA steels and the temperature, tensile stress and carbon equivalent was carried out, and the unified equation was DH=3.03×10-3exp (2.474CEN+\fracI_1763-\frac2 979T).
