烧结钽靶材用超细钽粉的生产工艺研究

摘要: 介绍了一种钽靶材用超细钽粉的生产方法,即将在电容器用钽粉生产过程中产生的废料经过高温烧结、氢化、搅拌球磨、酸洗后再进行脱氢降氧得到符合要求的产品。由于采用了高温烧结技术和微细化处理技术,所得产品粒度分布范围集中且D50<5μm,同时具有氧、钾、钠杂质含量低和松装密度大的特点。Abstract: A method of producing super fine tantalum powder for tantalum target material was introduced, which was to high temperature sinter, hydrogenize, stirring ball mill, pickle and dehydrogenize and oxygen reduce the wasted tantalum powders from the production of capacitor tantalum powders. The tantalum powder particle size range was concentrated and D50 < 5 μm. Besides, the contents of imparities such as oxygen, potassium and sodium were low and the bulk density was high.
