Research on the Optimization of Internal Pressure Forming Process for Copper-Nickel Alloy Tee

  • 摘要: 研究了不同因素对三通内高压成形效果的影响,以三通主管、支管在成形前后的壁厚变化率为标准,使用正交试验法设计了试验方案,并利用有限元分析软件进行了仿真成形试验。利用极差分析法对各因素对内高压成形的影响权重进行了分析,得到了最优的成形工艺参数。
    Abstract: The effect of different factors on the tee hydroforming was studied. A test plan was designed by orthogonal experimental method, which took wall thickness change rates of main pipe and branch pipe of the tee as evaluation criterion. The simulation test was conducted by using the finite element simulation software. The weight of influence of various factors on the tee hydroforming was analyzed by the method of range analysis, and the optimal production process parameters were obtainded.
