高强度厚板止裂韧性与板厚方向拉伸性能均一性的相关性分析

Relationship Analysis of Homogeneity of Crack Arrest Property and Tensile Property

摘要: 统计分析了33组高强度厚板止裂韧性K_ca与表面、1/4板厚t、心部三个不同位置拉伸性能表征参量的相关性。结果表明,止裂韧性K_{ca (-10℃)}随板厚方向屈服强度变异系数CV_{R_p0.2}的增大呈减小的趋势,建立了止裂韧性K_{ca (-10℃)}与屈服强度变异系数CV_{R_p0.2}的相关性方程:K_{ca (-10℃)}=-7.1·R_p0.2·ln (CV_{R_p0.2})-2.85×10^-10·R_p0.2·T₀²·t²。

Abstract: Homogeneity relationship of test data of crack arrest toughness K_{ca (-10℃)} and tensile mechanical property of high strength plates of thirty-three groups was analyzed. The results show that arrest toughness decreases with the increasing of variable coefficient of yield strength along the thickness direction; that the relationship formula of K_{ca (-10℃)} and CV_{R_p0.2}is proposed based on above results:K_{ca (-10℃)}=-7.1·R_p0.2·ln (CV_{R_p0.2})-2.85×10^-10·R_p0.2·T₀²·t².
