金属镍管脆化行为研究

摘要: 用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、俄歇能谱仪研究了金属纯镍管使用过程中的脆化现象。结果表明,在一定的应力和温度条件下,周围介质中的S可沿晶界渗入纯镍基体中,并在纯镍的晶界处发生偏聚,导致S元素的富集,进而形成Ni2S相,降低纯镍的强度和塑性及抗腐蚀性能,从而造成纯镍脆化现象的发生。Abstract: The brittleness phenomenon of pure nickel pipe in chemical equipment during service has been comprehensively investigated by means of OM (optical microscope), SEM (scanning electron microscope) and SAM (scanning auger microprobe). The present results indicated that under a certain condition of stress and temperature the S element originated from environmental medium can permeate into pure nickel matrix through grain boundary and segregate at the boundaries, leading to the enrichment of S and the formation of Ni2S which could sharply decrease the strength, plasticity and corrosive resistance of the pure mickel and make rupture easily take place.
