Analysis on Crack of Flash Butt Weldment of 0Cr21Ni14Mn5Mo2N Stainless Steel

  • 摘要: 采用金相组织分析、扫描电镜形貌观察对0Cr21Ni14Mn5Mo2N钢闪光焊过程中链环冠部内侧裂纹产生原因进行了分析。结果表明,闪光焊过程热输入过大使钢产生过烧,且链环闪光焊冠部内侧应力由压应力转变为拉应力,二者综合作用导致裂纹产生。

     

    Abstract: Cracks in the crown of anchor chain in the process of flash butt welding of 0Cr21Ni14Mn5Mo2 N stainless steel were investigated through optical microscope and SEM analysis.Resultsshowed that overburning of the steel due to large heat input and tensile stress transformed from the compressive stress during the process of flash butt welding contributed to the appearance of the cracks.
