TiAl合金与42CrMo钢真空电阻钎焊工艺研究

Study on Vacuum Electric Resistance Brazing of TiAl Alloy and 42CrMo Steel

  • 摘要: 采用镍基钎料进行了TiAl合金与42CrMo钢的真空电阻钎焊连接,研究了焊接温度、顶端压力、焊接时间对焊接接头成型质量和力学性能的影响。结果表明,采用镍基钎料实现了TiAl合金与42CrMo钢的真空电阻钎焊连接,当焊接温度970℃、顶端压力1400N、焊接时间3s时,接头室温抗拉强度330MPa、500℃抗拉强度310MPa,满足涡轮增压器的使用环境要求。

     

    Abstract: Nickel-based brazing filler metal was employed to investigate the vacuum resistance brazing of TiAl alloy and 42CrMo steel. The effects of welding temperature, pressure and welding time on the forming quality and mechanical properties of welded joints were studied. The results show that the vacuum resistance brazing of TiAl alloy and 42CrMo steel is realized by using nickel-based brazing filler metal. When the welding temperature is 970℃, pressure 1400N, and welding time 3s, the tensile strength of the joint at room temperature is 330MPa and the tensile strength at 500℃ is 310MPa, which meet the requirements of the application environment of turbocharger.
