EB扁锭制备低成本纯钛宽幅板材研究

Study on Preparation of Low-cost Pure Titanium Wide Plate with EB Flat Ingot

  • 摘要: 钛残料添加比例达100%的纯钛EB扁锭在某钢厂4 100 mm轧机上进行二火轧制,经过退火、表面处理制备的12 mm纯钛宽幅板材厚度公差达到(12.2±0.3) mm,板材不平度<5 mm/m。并研究了不同退火温度对板材组织和力学性能的影响规律,针对不同化学成分的板材,选择合适的退火温度,制备的宽幅板力学性能达到了GB/T 3621—2007标准要求。

     

    Abstract: Pure titanium EB flat ingots with titanium residue addition ratio of 100% have been two-fire rolled with 4 100 mm rolling mill, the 12 mm and wide pure titanium plates have been obtained by annealing and surface treatment, whose thickness is tolerance up to (12.2 ± 0.3) mm, plate roughness less than 5 mm/m. The effect of different temperatures on the microstructures and mechanical properties of the plate has been studied. Choosing the appropriate annealing temperature for plates of different chemical composition, and the prepared wide plates could meets the GB/T 3621-2007 standard requirements.
