Abstract:
Pure titanium EB flat ingots with titanium residue addition ratio of 100% have been two-fire rolled with 4 100 mm rolling mill, the 12 mm and wide pure titanium plates have been obtained by annealing and surface treatment, whose thickness is tolerance up to (12.2 ± 0.3) mm, plate roughness less than 5 mm/m. The effect of different temperatures on the microstructures and mechanical properties of the plate has been studied. Choosing the appropriate annealing temperature for plates of different chemical composition, and the prepared wide plates could meets the GB/T 3621-2007 standard requirements.
