碳氢树脂在高固体分环氧涂料中的应用研究

Study on Application of Hydrocarbon Resin in High Solid Epoxy Coatings

  • 摘要: 采用DSC、吸水率、EIS方法研究了不同种类碳氢树脂的性能,确定了适用于高固体分环氧涂料的最佳碳氢树脂。通过SEM、DSC、EIS、盐雾研究了不同碳氢树脂用量涂层的基本性能与防腐性,确定了最佳碳氢树脂用量。通过层间附着力研究了碳氢树脂对高固体分环氧涂料覆涂性的影响。结果表明,采用粘度为300~400 cp、羟基含量为1.7%~2.2%的C9/C10非活性不饱和长链醇醚碳氢树脂且其用量为16%时,涂层屏蔽性高,防腐性好,覆涂性优异。

     

    Abstract: The properties of different kinds of hydrocarbon resins were studied by DSC, water absorption and EIS, and the hydrocarbon resin suitable for high solid epoxy coatings was determined. The anticorrosive properties of coatings with different amount of hydrocarbon resins were studied by SEM, DSC, EIS and salt spray, and the optimum amount of hydrocarbon resin was determined. The re-coating ability of high solid epoxy coatings was studied by adhesion of coatings. The results showed that when the content of C9/C10 unsaturated long-chain alcoholether hydrocarbon resin with hydroxyl content of 1.7%~2.2% and viscosity of 300~400 cp was 16%, the shielding property, the anticorrosive property of coating and the re-coating ability were outstanding.
