基于有限元分析的波纹管强度应力提取与计算
Calculation and Extraction of Stress Based on FEA for Bellows

摘要: 结合波纹管强度应力的特征,讨论了基于有限元分析的壳模型在单元坐标系下波纹管周向应力和子午向应力的提取与计算,分析了半个波纹壳体的节点应力状态及分布,并与规范中的应力计算进行了模型对比。最后,从离散化的节点应力解出发,提出了针对波纹管强度应力校核的新思路,如采用多项式拟合的方法对波纹管周向应力进行校核,从拟合计算结果来看,所提出的基于有限元离散化应力校核可指导工程实践。Abstract: Based on the characteristics of the strength stress of bellows, the extraction and calculation of bellows stress including circumferential stress and meridional stress in element coordinate system were discussed. Stress state of half corrugated shell was analyzed and compared with the calculation according to design specification. At last, a new way of checking the strength stress of bellows was put forward in terms of node stress with FEA, such as polynomial fitting employed to check the circumferential stress. From the result of polynomial fitting, the proposed stress check based on finite element could guide practice.
