预应力碳纤维板性能试验研究

Experimental Study on Mechanical Properties of Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastics Plate Strengthened by Prestressing

  • 摘要: 对预应力碳纤维板的静态力学性能、疲劳性能、应力松弛及温度适应性进行了研究。结果表明,选用的80 mm×3 mm (宽×厚)规格的碳纤维板具有高的静态力学性能、优异的疲劳性能、低的应力松弛率、极小的热膨胀系数和良好的温度适应性,完全满足桥梁预应力加固应用的技术要求。

     

    Abstract: The static mechanical properties, fatigue properties, stress relaxation and temperature adaptability of CFRP (carbon fiber reinforced plastics) plates reinforced by prestressing were studied. The results showed that the selected 80 mm × 3 mm CFRP plates had good static mechanical properties, excellent fatigue properties, low stress relaxation rate and thermal expansion coefficient and strong temperature adaptability, which could fully meet the technical requirements for pre-stressing reinforcement in bridge engineering.
