Abstract:
The effects of pre-deformation and aging treatment on the asymmetry and microstructure of ZK60 alloy under tension and compression were studied, and the types of precipitates and their orientation relationship with the matrix were characterized. The results show that the aging treatment can reduce the ratio of yield strength of tension and compression of ZK60 alloy; When the duration of aging is 10 h, the minimum ratio is 1.02, and the activation stresses required by twin growth and deforming of twinning are equal; The precipitated phases in the 10
12 tensile twin is composed of the monoclinic Mg
4Zn
7 phase and MgZn
2 phase of six square crystal structure, the monoclinic Mg
