Effect of Thermomechanical Treatment on Microstructure and Properties of ZK60 Alloy

  • 摘要: 研究了预变形和时效处理对ZK60合金拉压不对称性和微观组织的影响, 并对析出相的种类以及与基体的取向关系进行了表征。结果表明, 时效处理可以不同程度地降低ZK60合金的拉压屈服强度之比, 且在时效时间为10 h时拉压屈服强度之比取得最小值 (1.02), 此时孪晶长大与退孪晶变形所需的激活应力相当;{1012}拉伸孪晶内析出相由单斜晶系Mg4Zn7相和六方晶体结构的MgZn2相组成, 其中, 单斜晶系Mg4Zn7相与{1012}拉伸孪晶存在[010]Mg4Zn7//[0001]twin且(201)Mg4Zn7//(1010)twin以及[010]Mg4ZN7//[0001]twin且(201)Mg4Zn7//(1210twin)的取向关系, 而六方晶体结构的MgZn2相与{1012}拉伸孪晶存在[1210]Mg4ZN7//[0001]twin且Mg4Zn7(1010)twin的取向关系。
    Abstract: The effects of pre-deformation and aging treatment on the asymmetry and microstructure of ZK60 alloy under tension and compression were studied, and the types of precipitates and their orientation relationship with the matrix were characterized. The results show that the aging treatment can reduce the ratio of yield strength of tension and compression of ZK60 alloy; When the duration of aging is 10 h, the minimum ratio is 1.02, and the activation stresses required by twin growth and deforming of twinning are equal; The precipitated phases in the {1012} tensile twin is composed of the monoclinic Mg4Zn7 phase and MgZn2 phase of six square crystal structure, the monoclinic Mg4Zn7 phase has the [010]Mg4Zn7//[0001]twin & (201)Mg4Zn7//(1010)twin and [010]Mg4Zn7//[0001]twin & (201)Mg4Zn7//(1210)twin orientation relationship with the {1012} tensile twin, and the MgZn2 phase has the [1210]Mg4Zn7//[0001]twin and (1012)mg4Zn7//(1010)twin orientation relationship with {1012} tensile twin.
