双面双弧焊对高强钢焊接效率和质量影响分析
Analysis on the Effect of Double-Sided Arc Welding on Welding Efficiency and Quality of High-strength Steel

摘要: 对高强钢10CrNi3MoV钢厚板进行了双面双弧焊接试验研究。结果表明, 焊接长2 m、厚50 mm的钢板, 双面双弧焊与传统单弧MAG焊相比, 生产效率提高1.4倍, 焊接接头力学性能满足指标要求;双面双TIG打底的热影响区金相组织为板条状马氏体, 焊缝区为板条马氏体+针状铁素体。Abstract: The 2 m long and 50 mm thick plate was welded by the double-sided arc welding process. The welding productivity of the thick plate by double-sided arc welding process was 1.4 times more than that of the troditional single MAG arc welding, and the mechanical properties of welded joint could meet the requirements. The metallurgical structures in the HAZ by double-sided TIG arc backing welding were the lath martensite, and those in the welding seam were composed of the acicular ferrite and the lath martensite.
