Analysis on Cracking of 440 MPa 10MnNiCrMoV Steel Plate

  • 摘要: 采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜及能谱仪等分析设备,研究了440 MPa级10MnNiCrMoV钢板裂纹产生的原因。结果表明,裂纹附近钢板组织、硬度与基体相同,而裂纹表面存在大量氧化物,可断定该缺陷来源于连铸坯端部的某种缺陷,通过轧制经延展形成。

     

    Abstract: Cracking of 440 MPa 10MnNiCrMoV steel plate was investigated by using analytical equipment such as optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer.Results show that the microstructures and hardness adjacent to the cracks were the same with those of the base steel, and a lot of oxides were found on the fracture surface. It is concluded that the defect is herited from a defect in the end of the continuous casting billet and formed in the extension process of plate rolling.
